Construction Updates
Construction on our latest development is progressing well. We are currently finishing up the framing and should be starting on the roofing within the next week. The plumbing and electrical rough-ins have been completed and we are now working on the HVAC systems. The development features open floor plans, with the option of 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 bathrooms and an attached 2-car garage. The kitchens will be equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops. The development also includes a community pool and playground for residents to enjoy. We are still on schedule to complete the project by the end of Q3 and are excited to share the finished product with all of our clients.
